This is a great place for dentistry. It is with great gratitude that I write this letter. I had not been to a dentist in over 17 years and couldn't put it off any longer. I had a very bad dentist when I was younger and have an extreme fear of dental work. I know i was probably the worst nightmare of a patient. The staff were very kind and attentive to my needs and spent way more time with me than anyone has. I needed help just getting me comfortable enough to come in. The day of the appointment I was terrified but had made peace with the fact I had to get it done. You guys were the best, I was very impressed with the amount of time you took with me that morning i came in. Your staff was very kind and understanding. During the actual drilling and filling I was very comfortable and amazed that dentistry could be this easy. You are to be commended with the service you provide. I will be back, without fear. I'm your new poster child.

I am sadly not new to the root canal scene. I have had a couple procedures, and spent a fair time at various dental practices around Las Vegas.
I was in a pain for quite awhile and didn't like other dentists I had been to.I was referred by a friend and had been putting off seeing the dentist because I knew it was going to be expensive. I finally made the appointment and the dentist
put me at ease with his great sense of humor and outgoing personality and he is clearly an expert at what he does.
My tooth was on the higher scale for complexity due to the inflammation and the location of the tooth itself.
The dentist numbed me, I felt nothing during the procedure and to the point where I actually fell asleep.
That is right people, I fell asleep during a root canal.
There was hardly any pain afterward, and I wholeheartedly recommend Dentalville for any dental work you need done. Oh and the price was reasonable, I was overcharged in the past.

I like the personality of the staf at Dentalville. The staff is very caring and they work with you to ensure you are getting the care that you need. Unfortunately I needed a root canal but I was amazed how easy it all went. The staff called me the next day to check up on me. I would recommend dentalville

Dentalville has been treating my children since they were 5 years old and unlike some of the reviews here, we have had nothing but a positive experience. The pricing is very good as we do not have insurance coverage and they always work with me on payments too. My kids used to hate going to the dentist, but now they look forward to coming back for their check-ups because they get to play the games and the free toys are a big plus for them. I would recommend Dentalville to anyone looking for an affordable family dentist.

This was the best dentist office that I have ever been. After not going to a dentist for 5 years I was a little weary about going to a dentist but was relieved with the great atmosphere and kindness this office showed.

The kids like it, and they are covered on our insurance. But their isn't very good follow through on promises to the kids (toys) which was dissapointing. Overall an OK dentist, at least the kids were happy to go!

I would never recommend any Dentalville facilities for any type of dental work. From the receptionists to the dentists, they all lack the experience and professionalism needed as a medical professional. If you ask the receptionist to do something for you, don't expect it to be completed. My files were supposed to be transferred between offices, and although I was told it was completed, it was not. I had two fillings to be completed and it took them three hours to do the work. Most of the time, I was just sitting there in the chair, waiting for them to chat with each other. One dentist was working on three different paitents at once. Unacceptable. Find some place else.

This is for the office on Ft. Apache and Tropicana. My wife took the kids there because the kids thought it looked neat. The first visit we waited 2 hours before going back. When we inquired about the wait time they said that it was unusual to wait that long. We bought a Dentasave plan, had the kids teeth checked and scheduled a time to have cavities filled. On our return trip we waited an hour before they saw us. We paid a lot more than I thought was reasonable and got to listen to our son scream as he got his cavities filled.
With the Dentasave plan you get a free cleaning. I made an appointment for myself and filled the paperwork out before I arrived. I waited for 50 minutes before they saw me. After taking xrays I was told I needed a deep cleaning and it would cost $640. I asked about the free cleaning with the plan and they said it didn't apply because I needed a deep cleaning. I asked to speak with the manager as I was leaving and it was the same person I had been talking to. She said her regional manager would ge me a call. I left without getting any service done and I'm waiting on the regional managers' call.

Watchout for bait and switch tactics. Told me that the diff tween my insur and out of pocket was $100, then billed me $302. Also advertise they give away kids e-games and Gameboy Advance but they don't. It's just a ploy to get you in the door. They are trained in how to upsell you for more services than you really need. The dentist himself (not the owner) was very nice.
