Dr. Clair is not a skilled dental practitioner. She is responsible for my 8 year old daughter going from a happy fearless dental patient to one with an extreme terror of dentists. My girl had previously had 2 teeth extracted painlessly, effortlessly by Dr. Nguyen at Ticket-To-Smiles but Dr. Clair couldn't numb the area properly (didn't inject with a needle, and she isn't certified to use nitrous oxide). Instead of stopping the procedure as I requested when my daughter was screaming and crying in pain she had someone hold her down as she fumbled around, taking forever to extract a BABY tooth! It was horrific. The next time she needed an extraction my daughter BEGGED not to go back to Dr. Clair and even though we went to a third, highly competent dentist (Dr. Nguyen was moving and unavailable) she became hysterical at the memory of Dr. Clair's treatment during the procedure and thank this dentist had to stop. Thank God he didn't force it like Dr. Clair.
Now, my high-pain-tolerance daughter who chatted, smiled and said "it doesn't even hurt!" during extractions a year ago requires valium and nitrous oxide because of the emotional and physical trauma inflicted by Dr. Clair's lack of skill and consideration.
About Hygienist: I had a great hygienist for my first appt. but she left and the second one wasn't so great.

After having dealt with a dentist in Denver who was overzealous in telling me that I needed more dental work than necessary, I fortunately found Dr. Preet Clair. Dr. Preet was recommended to my mother by a friend and my entire family now goes to her for their dental care. Dr. Preet recommended only what was necessary and I have the utmost confidence in her abilities and recommendations. Dr. Preet's office is extremely clean, cheerful and modern. The staff is professional, courteous and makes you feel at ease. Susan at the front desk graciously helped me with insurance issues. We are extremely happy to have found Dr. Preet and her organization!
