I have been going to Dr. Kondoff since I was a kid and he has been nothing but great. I have had cavities filled and cleanings and iI have never had ANY problems. Everyone has always commented on my teeth and smile and without him it wouldn't be like that. He has always been honest about what was needed, recommended, and things that I didn't need even if I thought I did. He takes the time to explain things and show you what is going on. I have recommended several people to him and they say the same thing.

2 Filling and it was very costly. A client had recommend him. I will not be returning.
About Front Desk: The main issue I see with this office is the staff. They talk about the patients as if tnere is no one waiting in the lobby. Its not nice or professional to speak ill of patient when there is people around.

In the past I have struggled with dentists because of the pain of "THE DRILL". Ron was very careful and patient with me through the process of getting a major root canal. Awsome service.

My smile says it all. I started with millions (an exaggeration of course) of cavities an he was able to fixed every one. I gave a three on pain, stress and Anxiety because no one can completely eleminate all three of these at the same time. On the positive side of this he does make sure you are as comfortable as possible.
About Hygienist: They are the best. When you are on a 4 month cleaning cycle you know who hurts and who doesn't. These girls know there stuff.

My family and I have been coming to Dr. Kondoff's practice for over 18 years. He iand his staff are true professionals. When your appointment is at 1:30 he see you at 1:30.

I have been a patient for 20 years. I love Dr. Kondoff & his Staff. I recieved nothing but the best of treatment. I will continue to utilize his services while in Hampton Roads.
