The Best of the Best !!!
I am 75 yrs old and was always afraid of the dentist until I met him. He took care of all of my problems and I never had any bad reaction from any of the many procedures I had.

he is the worst. He ripped me off I have to have all of the implants replaced and he placed crowns on bad teeth. He puts you under anesthesia for everything.

Dr. Pico Fazzi is very, very personable. I had dermal fillers done at his practice - no dental work. He had the latest in technology. He was very good with explaining everything to me and giving me honest advice. He even suggested I don't do certain things - which would have made him $$ so that helps me to trust him. The staff is very nice!! The girl who held my hand through the process was so incredibly sweet. The woman who works the front desk is really personable and funny too. I highly recommend for dermal fillers!! I cannot recommend him for anything else, as I haven't experienced it.
About Front Desk: She is so nice! She set me up with an appointment right away. She knew the answers to every question that I had. As soon as I arrived, she was very pleasant and ended up hanging out with me and chatting for a while. Very nice woman. She was there each time I visited.

I like the people who work with the doctor, they are friendly and professional. The reception area, office, and treatment areas are neat, clean with top notch equipment. Dr. Pico-Fazzi is currently doing extensive work on my teeth, and it is painless during treatment, which is very important to me. This is a great practice. The doctor explains everything to you before, during and after visits. He gives you alternative treatments so you can decide on what you feel would be beneficial to your budget and dental status. The staff are pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. I would definitely recommend this practice to my family and friends. Although my work is yet to be completed, I am more than satisfied so far.

He's taken great care of me, but it's unbelievably expensive, a root canal runs 3G all in - with fake tooth in place and done awake. But if you need anesthesia, he can do it.

I have had my implants for just over a year now with very few problems. I have been lax in going back for check ups though. I am always afraid that I'll be given bad news and be told that I need more work done. Insurance is not a factor in my choice of dentists. I need one who does total anesthesia since I am truly afraid of dental pain due to prior experiences. I can honestly say that I've had very little pain from both my implants, and other dental work from Dr Pico Fazzi. He is also very good with his patients. A few year ago my front crown came off. He met me in his office on a Saturday night at 5Pm and replaced it. That doesn't happen often. My only concern is I feel that sometimes he doesn't understand that people don't have the funds to get all the work they really need. Dental work is great but it's extremely expensive.

Dr. Pico-Fazzi has treated me for 4 years and is by far the best dentist I have ever known. I travel from Washington DC for my dental work with Dr Pico-Fazzi. I needed extensive work including implants and the addition of bone - I have never experienced any pain before, during or after treatment and this was very important to me. I am pleased with the results; his chair side manner is sensitive and caring, he always calls after treatment and goes out of his way to make me comfortable. He also cares for my 97 year old Mother and made a house call to see her when she had an emergency. His staff is professional and customer focused. I recommend him enthusiastically without reservation.

I went to this dentist for an evaluation and was given an extremely expensive quote from him. He told me I needed about $30,000 of work. He does not participate with any insurance and he has to be paid up front. I got other opinions and at each of those places they gave me quotes of 1/5 of his, with MUCH LESS work "needing" to be done.
