Procedure good, no pain, cost reasonable, billing ok, insurance help good, chair-side manner outstanding, hygienists blessed,
front desk blessed also.
Overall Dr. James Prigmore and staff I would highly recommend
them to anyone.

My experience with Dr. Prigmore:
Very agressive with a drill. He did not respect my wishes to preserve my own enamel as much as possible. No discussion of more conservative alternatives. The results: damage to the bite and several teeth, pain, an ill fitting crown, expensive damage control.....
Many of the wonderful new techniques and technologies used in dentistry today were not available in his office. I did not know about these new services at the time and, of course, he did not bother to tell me.
In brief, my opinion: bad service, by far not as progressive as a dental office of the 21st century could be.
