I was told by my own dentist and periodontist(wo did transplants), that my bone loss was too severe to support a permanent bridge or implants, I went to Dr. Mark who was recommended by a colleague of mine. Dr. Mark gave me a thorough exam including xrays and said "I think I can help you with an 80-85% chance of success." I said "Yes"
He had to two lower teeth and three upper teeth. At that time I was without teeth for months. I needed a sinus lift and extensive packing of bone material. We had success with the two lower and one of the upper. I said try again. Well two years later, I can finally smile.
His staff was friendly and efficient. Dr. Mark's patient and expertise was phenomenal. A recommendation to Dr. Orenshein for the crowns was wonderful.
I cannot stop smiling.

After consulting two oral surgeons about an apeco-ectomy, I was delighted to meet Dr. Mark. He is simply excellent. I would recommend his work to anyone who can afford it (not the cheapest oral surgeon).

Had one wisdom tooth removed, he was great! I freak out easily, but he definitely put me at ease. He's extremely personable, and it was pretty pain-free. I definitely recommend him!

I found out about Dr. Mark's office from this site, and I went to his website and sent a request for an appointment. I sent the request on a Thursday and the office called me right back and made an appointment for me to get me get my impacted wisdom teeth taken out the very next day. I was amazed at how quickly they were able to get me in for this procedure.
The procedure itself was painless, and I felt very little pain during my recovery afterwards. I healed quickly, and there were no complications at all. Everyone who works in Dr. Mark's office treated me very kindly. All in all, I never would have imagined that getting my wisdom teeth out would be so easy and pleasant.

It's been more than a year since Dr. Andrei Mark successfully completed my treatmant started in Aug. 2005. I got a full mouth of implants capped with nice bridges (except for the five bottom teeth). My life began to positively change from my first meeting with Dr. Mark. He gave me hope and reasonable price for such extensive work. Before I felt old and miserable, a woman with dentures, crying every night . After two surgeries, healing time and bridges adjustments I am a happy person. I eat, travel, exercise, socialize with no problems. This is so wonderful! Thanks to Dr. Mark. I was so lucky that I found you. You are the best!
If you wear a denture, don't hesitate to go for implants. They are like your teeth. I did a lot of research before having them. I went to many dentists for consultations, they offered different solutions, high prices, some do implants and not teeth, Dr. Mark gave me the best solution and the best price. Dr. Mark's office is unique and provides with both implants and teeth. You won't need a sugeon and a dentist, and you will remain his patient after the treament is complete. If you want my advice. Get rid of your denture. Go for implants. Don't look elsewhere. Go to Dr. Andrei Mark. Your life will look up!

I am a Board Certified Anesthesiologist who was a patient of Dr. Andrei Mark for two issues: Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) and Implant Placement. In addition to my oral problems, I had severe spinal cord compression from two herniated cervical discs. I had to undergo an Anterior Cervical Discectomy with Fusion (ACDF) but was concerned about post-operative pain management. Narcotics are known to worsen OSA with risk of suffocation if a breathing machine, CPAP, is not used during sleep. If I could not tolerate narcotics, my only available pain medication would be Tylenol and hence I would have a very painful recovery.
Dr. Mark performed the Pillar Procedure on me in July 2007. It was a quick and relatively painless office procedure leaving me with a mild soar throat for approximately two days. I ate a normal diet with unrestricted activity during that time. The benefits of the Pillar Procedure should be apparent after 2-3 months. As such, I had my ACDF surgery on October 3rd, 2007. The surgery was a success. Postoperatively, the surgical team had me recover in a monitored setting with fear of severe obstruction while on Morphine. I had my CPAP machine available in the hospital room just in case. I never had to use the machine. I did NOT obstruct even while asleep on Morphine. This recovery period was a stronger test of the Pillar Procedure than a regular sleep study since Morphine was involved. I thought that I would still be dependent on the CPAP machine considering I had a relatively high setting of 13cmH2O. The Pillar Procedure essentially cured my OSA.
In addition to the Pillar Procedure, I would trust Dr. Mark with any oral surgery. Many dentists in the past have had difficulty adequately numbing my teeth and jaw. I had been accustomed to three attempts with a 45-minute wait for a patchy block resulting in a painful procedure. Dr. Mark was able to recognize an anatomical variation in my jaw that required a more superior approach to the administration of the local anesthetic. The operative site was numb with just one attempt. I have not been this comfortable during dental surgery ever. Dr. Andrei Mark is an expert in his field.

When I started with Dr. Mark, I was a nervous wreck. Before working on me he and the staff had to calm me down each and every time. I would wake up in the morning realize it was dental day and my problems would begin. The staff in his office should be saints for what they had endure when I visited. They were always smiling and encouraging me, even when I cried. I was afraid of pain, the sound of the instruments, and just being in the office. There is no pain, the instruments are noisy, and I am learning to like being there. I am a lot better now and I think it was the Office and staff of Dr. Mark. My upper implants are complete and the lower will be finished soon. If you are afraid and embarrassed about it, this is the place for you. GREAT PLACE!!!!!!!GTREAT WORK!!!!!! Harriet Robertson

I had a wisdom tooth removed with only a local anesthic by Dr. Mark last week and went shopping afterwards! I was literally sweating in the waiting room, dreading the procedure - but after the anestheic took effect it only took Dr. Mark about five minutes to get the tooth (a partial bone impaction, by the way) out.
This was 1000% better than my previous wisdom-tooth extraction experience. Dr. Mark is the real reason to be treated at this office but I have to say that Patricia on his staff contacted my insurance company before the procedure to find out what my co-pay would be (ie, the actual amount, not just the %), which I found extremely helpful. The two other dentists I was refered to for this procedure weren't able to give me any kind of rate estimate or range for cost of the procedure or cost I would be responsible for. Two thumbs up for Dr. Mark!
In Sum, Dr. Mark was very skilled, quick and painless, and his staff is pleasant and professional. Office is well appointed and a pleasant place to wait, although total wait time was under 15 minutes.

Dr. Mark did three wisdom teeth extractions in one visit. I was very nervous since I am 48 years old and I had them all my life. I could not sleep at all the night before and I was tired and aprehensive not knowing what to expect. He chatted with me while I was in the chair and I did not feel the injections. Then he started to tell me jokes and asked about my family and interests.
I was waiting for the pull, so I asked him when was he going to do it? Oh... I din't tell you, the teeth are out already...I could not believe it! I also had the snoring procedure done with him, with similar results... had surgery on friday...saturday mild discomfort in the throat... sunday I was at a party!
Great surgeon, down to earth and caring individual...
