Dr. Henry was very patient and answered any questions I had after the xray and during the exam. She made me feel very comfortable. They won't bend their $25.00 cancellation fee rule, it seems for any reason. It should depend on the circumstance. Most offices allow at least a one time courtesy of cancellation. Anything can happen to offset your appointment and cause you to reschedule.
About Hygienist: The cleaning was done beautifully. The hygienist was very patient and attentively asked if I felt any discomfort during the cleaning.
