Dr Fleming is fast, and professional. I was nervous about having work done, but he was patient and explained the whole procedure which made me feel much more comfortable and relaxed. Before I knew it the procedure was over and I have only wonderful things to say about Dr Fleming. I recommend him to all my friends!

For the first time in my life, I sat in the patient's chair for less than five minutes before getting up and walking out. That was the most awkward, uncomfortable situation I've ever been in in a health care facility. Dr. Fleming does not have internet or email so there was no way to get my recent x-rays. He then did an exam, and his hands were shaking so badly that his instrument was scraping up my teeth. When I backed away and mentioned it he denied that it was even happening. I think he must have Parkinsons or something he was shaking so badly. Also his breath was awful and even with the mask on I could not stand his face being near me. He's probably in his 80s - high time to retire.

No frills office. Direct and to the point service. Treats the problems and doesn't try to make a mountain our of a mole hill. No sales pitches for whiter teeth or other cosmetic treatments, although they are available for the asking. Generally seemed concerned about the cost of services. I was very impressed.

Dr. Flemming is wonderful! He is so comforting when I was nervous about getting a root canal. He does not rush around and generally seems to care about you and your dental health (take the time to talk to you about your concerns).

Dr. Fleming and his staff were great. He is a no BS doctor. I have been to dentist that just start with a huge list of things that need to be done and a payment plan to sign you up for. I have had other dentist that send me straight to a root canal etc. Not Dr. Fleming, we are trying a much less invasive less expensive treatment first. I like it. My 14 year old really liked him. His staff was friendly and the office is relaxing.
About Hygienist: Hygienist was great. Very down to earth and really knew her stuff. This is be my office for years to come.

Although I have no complaints against the Dr., one of his dental assistants was very aggressive in cleaning my teeth. I left the office sopping wet. My husband experience the same thing twice. I did ask for another assistant to clean my teeth and had no problem with her. I was also put off by the recommendation that my husband have new very expensive fillings put in. When questioned about the cost and need for these specific fillings we were informed that they would last 20 years. My husband is 70.

Dr. Fleming does not do more than necessary. I came from another dentist who found "something wrong" each time I had a cleaning. Dr. Fleming proved to me that this other dentist was merely padding his pockets by conjuring up imaginary cavities. Dr. F. is trustworthy and knows what he's doing. His facilities may lack glamour and TV sets, but hey, it works. My last dentist had upscale facilities, proving that sometimes old school is better. My 7 and 5 yr olds go to Dr. F also, and have no problems with fear or anxiety. His prices seem to be good in that we have insurance and rarely pay more than $5 a visit.

Office is very old, uncomfortable and SMELLS like they havn't cleaned it in years! Chairs are old, even the wall paper was peeling off. Staff is semi-unfriendly with long wait times. To say the least my visit was extremely uncomfortable and I will never go back. I even had a problem with them figuring out how much I owed based upon my insurance policy. SAVE YOURSELF THE PAIN and SKIP this DENTIST!
