I was actually scheduled to see the emergency dental doctor on call; however, Dr. Burrows - who I saw five years ago, for another root canal, took me under his wing. My tooth was hot and throbbing and in dire need of attention. I was able to get in same day after my phone call and later in the day as my work place requested. The cost with insurance was manageable. The front desk people didn't seem to be very friendly and are there for paperwork not the customers. They are vague and short with information; however, the dentist and his assistant- which are the people that matter were extremely kind and considerate. If I have to go in for another root canal, although this procedure was extremely challenging, I would go to Dr. Burrows again. He has an excellent bedside manner and spoke to me throughout the entire procedure, informing me of what he was doing and what and what was not working and why. Fawn his assistant is the best; she helped the painful experience more pleasant because she is a genuinely caring person. I highly recommend this office, with the highest tech gadgets that Ive seen yet, as well as a great doctor and his assistant.
