Dr. Layton and Dr. Ippilito's office is a very proffessional yet friendly and relaxing atmosphere to be in. You are comfortable and stress free when visiting there. I am lucky to have good teeth, the only procedure that I had done was to have my wisdom teeth removed. I was rather nervous, but it was a pain free, stress free procedure and a complete success.

What a wonderful group of people! I was one of those people who were "afraid" of the dentist, and now I go for all of my regular checkups and am very satisfied with all aspects of my care there. From billing to customer service, I can not say enough good things about the staff there, they are really great, and the good doctor himself is awesome.

After having veneers done elswhere and they were less than perfect, I was looking for another dentist to remake them. I consulted with many dentists that claimed they could not improve the result.
A friend recommended Dr. Ippolito to me and I made an appointment. Dr. Ippolito inspired confidence from the start. I lightened my teeth before beginning with the veneer procedure. The result was better than I could have hoped for. My new white veneers match my beautiful white teeth and they look so natural.

Recent changes at this office are forcing me to change to another Dentist after more than 25 years. Sometimes does not pay attention to what insurance will cover and this ends up costing the patient so be aware and if you need to have major dental work done have a pre-qualification done by your insurance prior to having the work done. Also be aware that the office no longer allows you to carry a balance this really caught me off guard and I had to pay over $2000 up front and let my insurance re-imburse me.

Dr. Ippolito is the best! It took alot for me to commit to spending time in the chair, but boy was it worth it. I had been toying with the idea of veneers for some time, but was told by other dentists that because of my bite I was not a good candidate. Well, it's been 5 years+ since I got my veneers. Dr. Ippolito is a true perfectionist. He made sure every aspect was perfect before placing my veneers. It has made such a difference in my life. I can't help but smile. I've continued to go back for my regular check up and cleanings. The whole staff really goes out of their way to make you feel special. I would recomend this office in a heartbeat.

This office is the best! I highly recommend this dentist and his staff for all your family's dental needs. The office is comfortable, like a home and the staff surely makes you feel welcome. Dr. Ippolito does great work; I'm very happy with our family's treatment.

I had a very bad experience being overcharged by this dentist. I had to involve my insurance company, and even Dental Board of CA because the dentist refused to issue a refund. Finally, after holding my money (almost $300) for 10 over months, they issued a refund and told me that they rely on patients to check the charges and find mistakes!!!But when I did, and I showed them exactly where the overcharges happened, they kept delaying and delaying the refund until the government got involved. If you are going to this dentist, make sure you know how to read your account statements, and compare them with your insurance EOBs to make sure you did not overpay. They seem to be very eager to overcharge and then wait for you to find the problem and force them to refund the money! Bad stuff.
