Dr Nordquist performed dental implementation with over dentures. Instead of the typical 4-6 implants, he set 11 and did bone grafts. He has always been professional and has always made sure that the work was done to my satisfaction always at his own cost. The cost of my implants was in line with other providers and while his chairside manner may take some people a while to get used to, I would question whether you are you going for expertise in implants or to make a friend. I have recommended Dr. Nordquest to my friends and they too are highly satisfied.

I had implants, root canals, crowns, gum surgery. Root canal unsuccesful. Gum surgery extremely painful. Cost initially reasonable. prices nearly doubled after office relocation. Facilities clean and comfortable. Front desk manager unprofessional. Did not return calls for charges on unauthorized work. Office would not honor quote given for treatment plan. The price nearly doubled from original quote. I would not recommend this office due to fact patient concerns and questions are not addressed. Also due to unprofessional behavior of front desk manager

About Front Desk: front desk manager unprofessional. would not address overcharges for unneeded work done without being informed of cost and patient not authorizing work

About Hygienist: friendly 5 stars

I went to Dr. Nordquist not knowing anything about implants. After having my painful procedure I went to see another dentist and that is where my nightmare began. Since I have learned that this doctor practices procedures that were done back in the 80's, he left a hole in my gums and claimed that it was OK, did not listened to me when I told him that it hurt to eat on my left side and I find out that he also shoved the implant up on my sinus. To remove this mess and repair it's going to coast me the same amount of money that this so called doctor charged me. Needless to say I am going to see an attorney. People check with other dentist's that have now previous patients from Nordquist, don't take my word for it. This man should have been sued a long time ago. The needles pain that he put people threw is unforgivable, and the money that he made needs to be repaid to the innocent people that place their trust in him. I did confront him right after my procedure was done and he talked me into not believing another dentist. Now years down the road I am paying the consequences.

Good dentist, bad office practices I am Very disappointed in their billing practices. Started surgery last July, finished fitting in September 2012, paid in full in September 2012. According to my insurance company first claim was filed in July 2012, after having to resubmit the claim due to improper coding finally got an EOB stating January 16, 2013 a check was sent to their office. Trying to get money from their office, I was refused due to office policy. Questioning why I was told that until all insurance is returned in case there is an underpayment I could not get the money. Then asked why the check was not sent to me directly as in the past and was told by their office manager that it always comes that way automatically. Checking with the insurance company on the form there is a box 37 that is checked to have the money sent to the dentist, if left blank it goes to the insured. Their office policy is wrong; their office manager was uncooperative, stating the money is not mine. Since the bill is paid in full why should I not get the money, why was it requested to be sent to their office? This policy is just a way for your office to get money they should not get and hold onto it. Even after telling the office manager that you may lose future business due to this policy, she did not care. She would not let me talk to anyone else about this. She said the dentist do not have any say in this.

About Front Desk: takes your insurance money and hold on to it even though it was paid in full 4 months ago

Dr. Nordquist was my childhood dentist & I am still paying many years later (I am 43; I was 18 or 19 the last time I saw him). He always told my parents & me I would be more prone to cavities because my molars were deep. The dentist I started seeing after Dr. Nordquist found that when he had removed decay & filled my teeth he didn't remove all of the decay; my teeth were rotting under my fillings! All the brushing & flossing in the world would not have mattered. By the time it was discovered it was too late to do anything about it legally (w/dental board). Dr. Nordquist was also my orthodontist. When I was 18, after my teeth started to go crooked he told my father (over the phone) that I was at fault because I had not been wearing my retainer consistently (on my top teeth). After speaking with my father he admitted to me he had removed my bottom retainer too soon (it had been cemented to my bottom teeth) & because the bottom teeth started to move they were no longer holding the top teeth in place. Even with insurance, I have spent thousands of $$$'s on my teeth because of his negligence & today I have get 2 more crowns; too much amalgam has caused my molars to fall apart & I have M.S. which many have linked to amalgam.

Dr. Nordquist helped me being able to get back to my health again. I could not chew food well and talk well with my dentures. Dental Implant totally change everything. His long years of experience was the reason why I went to see him. I was very scared of the dentist since I was a child, but Dr. Nordquist and his wonderful staff made my treatment easier. Thank you Dr.Nordquist !!

I'm adding this review because he destroyed almost every tooth in my mouth, as well as placing a disastrous implant. Check the state's licensing website and trust that.
