My entire family has been a patient of Dr. Sparrow's for a number of years. Never once have we had to cancel any of our appointments. His office has recently implemented a new cancellation policy - $75 for a cancelled appointment. I was trying to RESCHEDULE and they still wanted to charge the $75. I needed to reschedule due to pressures at work and the inflexibility on their part was unacceptable. Dr. Sparrow is a fine dentist. It's too bad his employees are causing him to lose patients.

Wonderful dentist. He replaced Dr. Chamberlin after he passed away and did a great job.

Very courteous, friendly, and professional. Explains procedures thorougly and is open to questions, suggestions, and other comments. Have recommended family and friends to this family dentist. Also, the staff is very friendly as well.

Very professional, friendly and approachable. Joseph explains all aspects of care without being condescending or judgemental, explains options in terms of care and treatment and provides quality, lasting work. I have had 2 major restorative procedures performed and have no complaints whatsoever. Excellent pain control and shows concern that you remian pain free throughout your procedure. All the staff are great, helping to make a trip to the chair a positive experience

I just moved into town and I went to Dr. Sparrow for a simple filling. He placed the larges filling I have ever seen into my tooth. The following week, I was in extreme pain. Apparently he damaged my tooth with the filling and now it needs an expensive root canal.
