My experience at Dr. Conte's office was a pleasure from start to finish; he and his staff were responsive, friendly, accomodating (on a couple of occasions when my eight year old was out of school I brought her along, and Dr. Conte explained to her what he was doing as he worked!) and professional. I needed an implant after the failure of a root canal; by the time I saw Dr. Conte there was some bone damage from an abcess; he was able to perform the implant and it has taken quite successfully. He was meticulous about documenting the process and explaining the procedure as he went along; when a temporary crown broke, he spent almost an hour to repair it--at no additional cost--and seemed to take it as a matter of professional and personal pride that the temporary work as well as the permanent. Further, when my insurance company balked at paying for the crown, the office contacted the company with an appeal, and they agreed to reimburse for the cost of the crown. If I needed another implant, or other endodontic treatment, I would return to Dr. Conte without reservation.
