Painless, friendly (including staff), as good an experience you will ever find at a dentist office other than a party! He talks teeth in a way that I understand without sounding condescending. When I unexpectedly ran short of funds, he finished up what was necessary for my oral health plus a little extra, and plain ol told me to pay what I could when I could. My payments were pathetic but never a complaint. Thanks Doc!
