Well it finally happened...
I'm a recently graduate from dental school and have been working now for a few months in the field now. One of my old restorations was failing and I was in need of my FIRST root canal treatment!!!
I was in pain and once i called the office. Dr Cohen and her staff found an appointment for me very promptly. The office has a very friendly environment and very organized. The staff/assistants are all very efficient and professional.
Dr. Cohen was great. I did not feel the injection (made me wonder if I give the same type of injections to my own patients). It was a molar root canal which had 4 canals. A procedure which takes a long time usually. Yet, Dr. Cohen managed to finish up the procedure in a shorter amount of time I had expected. And the results were great. I saw the results on her digital x-ray machine which gives you instant results and helps with lowering radiation rates.
Dr. Cohen was very gentle and concerned, checking to make sure I was comfortable and explaining what was going on at all times.
As a dentist i learned a lot.
I highly recommend Dr. Cohen if you ever need a root canal treatment. She is a great endodontist.

My experience with Dr. Cohen was nothing short of spectacular. Her office is clean and comfortable, her staff is attentive and accommodating, and Dr. Cohen herself is one of the most gentle, kindhearted individuals, not to mention resourceful! Before Dr. Cohen began working on me I expressed interest in the procedure she was about to perform, which was a root canal. Dr. Cohen then took it upon herself to not only explain what she was about to do, but in addition she drew me a colorful diagram on the back of my paperwork! She then performed the root canal, while walking me through the procedure step-by-step as I had asked her to do. I could tell right of the bat that she was extremely well read, and knew what she was doing. It wasn't until later on that I found out that she had taught at USC's dental school. Knowing this put a smile on my face for I myself had graduated from SC, though much earlier than Dr. Cohen. Overall: great dentist, smart (knows her teeth), painless, and brings complete satisfaction. I am pleased to recommend her to anyone in need of skill and quality!

I am the biggest baby, they treated me with respect, told me every step of the way, what they were doing. Encouraged me all the way how good I was. Made me feel total at ease. I hated dentists, Not any more. Very kind people, caring.

I know this doctor: I was referred by my dentist March 18 2011 but my dentist knows her for the last 16 years My dentist has had a root canal therapy done at her office

Last week I found myself in a bind. My regular dentist could not take care of my tooth problem, so he referred me to Mrs. Cohen - Miracle Worker! She worked tirelessly on my root canal - but with such a light - yet confident touch. I was at once put at ease under her meticulous hand. She put the smile back into my life!

This Dr is a specialist in root canals, which means when your looking for a root canal and you want a painless and hospitable experience, Dr. Cohen is your best bet as she was mine. Last week I walked into Dr. Cohen's office for the first time, and with extreme pain all over the inside of my mouth and jaw. The pain was so severe that I could not go for one second without crying or moaning. When I walked into the office I went to the receptionist and told her that I was hurting. She informed the Dr, and literally Dr. Cohen dropped whatever else she was doing, and within seconds walked to the front area and numbed my mouth. Once she was able to see me she did the root canal, promised I would not feel a thing, and most importantly finished that same day which I am more than grateful she could keep her promises. Trust me when she says its painless SHE IS NOT LYING . You can tell she's a very honest person and I am glad she was able to take care of me the way she did. Thank you so much Dr. Cohen if you are reading this!

I went to Dr. Cohen as a referral from my general dentist whom I've known for 30 years. I was referred to her because my doctor told me I needed a root canal and that Dr. Cohen was the best option for me. He assured me that the procedure would be completely painless, and that Dr. Cohen would treat me as if I were a guest in her home, as my own doctor treats me in his office. Clearly from my experience with Dr. Cohen my general doctor's opinion of her was underspoken. The service was excellent, the staff was VERY friendly, the procedure was 100% painless, and the root canal was affordable. I would recommend her to anyone in need of a root canal she is truly one of the best out there.

Dr. Cohen is a gem. She is very caring and tried to be as gentle as possible. Dr Cohen was recommended by my regular dentist who I love and trust. Her office staff is great.

Extremely kind, gentle and professional. I had no pain during as well as after the procedure. I appreciate the ease of the parking facilities and the explanation of what was done, including computer pictures.

Dr. Cohen is an endodontist which means she specializes in root canal and root canals are what she does, everyday. I was in excruciating pain one day (think Dustin Hoffman in Marathon Man) and my dentist referred me to her in the early evening. Even though her office was about to close, she agreed to see me and begin treatment. She is extremely competent, quite compassionate and very, very kind. Parking is both convenient and free. The treatment, which usually takes two visits, is done as quickly and as painlessly as possible. Dr. Cohen called me at home the next day to find out how I was feeling. Root canals are expensive; this is no discount procedure. With Dr. Cohen, the patient knows she is in expert hands and a positive outcome is likely.
