I was referred to this office by a work colleague, so I sort of went in with fairly high expectations. I was greeted warmly, and taken back in a timely manner. The assistants were all friendly and professional. Dr knopf explained the filling process from start to finish and made my mind at ease by checking in with me periodically. As much as I don't like the dentist, this was a pleasant experience ( which says a lot!)

Lovely staff, greet you with a smile when you arrive. 5 minute wait time, offered coffee or water. Pleasant overall experience for going to the dentist, which can be full of fear and apprehension. Dentist explains everything while she is working and answers all your questions.
