This was my 1st visit to a dentist in many years. I only had a cleaning but this was the best dentist I've been to in my life. Being that I need quite a bit of work (some preventive, some elective) I was really apprehensive about simply going for a cleaning and I was pleasantly surprised. She explained everything in detail for work I will need in the future. She was very gentle and possessed a degree of patience that was very calming. She conveyed sincere concern for my dental health and not once did I feel like I had a $ affixed to my forehead. Her hygienist was great, also one ot the best. The front desk was quite courteous and promptly filed my claim. I highly recommend this dentist.

She made a nightguard for me that left my jaw aching terribly for weeks. Had another made right after by another dentist and this one works great. Later, I compared the 2 and saw how ill-fitting the first one was. Also, they did not take the 2nd impression for the bite. They only took one with plaster. Whereas the 2nd dentist took 2 impressions.
When I stopped by to try out the guard, the doctor adjusted it by filing one side. When nothing she did fixed my bite, she gave up and asked me if I want to see the other doc in the same practice. All after spending precious hours and $260 out of my pocket. She was very impatient and irritable with me.
