Let me begin by saying that I truly appreciate your exceptional talent of performing modern family and cosmetic dentistry. Your clinical dental expertise and personal demeanor is exactly what I was looking for. As with any skilled artesian, you are only as good as the people around you, and in this case you're hand-selected staff personifies professionalism, politeness and understanding.
As you know, this past year I finally elected to have you perform the much-needed art of cosmetic dentistry to my upper set of teeth. After many years of sports, cavities, genetic history and plain wear and tear, it was time to take major corrective action. For anyone pondering cosmetic dentistry based upon their fear of pain and cost, I will gladly state that the pain is minimal, if any, and the cost is an investment in their future health, happiness and mental well being. You cannot place a price on a beautiful brilliant and vibrant smile! Honestly, this is one of the best decisions that I could have made.
My procedure (new veneers) was flawless and so natural looking due to yours and Shoreh's ceramist expertise and determination to have my signature smile customized to my face. Your collaborative teamwork was true perfection!

The technology is amazing: love the laser fillings, Invisalign scanner and handheld X-ray machines. The lasers are especially awesome because I can head back to work like nothing happened - no numb face or anything!
This office makes recommendations that help you to have the ideal healthy mouth and let you decide what you want to do. I did not feel they were pushy with my treatment.

I am very pleased with the care I received at this office. All the staff members are so friendly and make you feel at ease. I am a very nervous patient that is terrified of needles and love the fact that I don't need to be numb for fillings because they have special lasers (I've had both waterlase and solea fillings - both are great!). Now that I've had laser fillings, I wouldn't have it done any other way!
This probably isn't the cheapest office but it's great value because of the technology and quality.

The initial veneers on my upper front teeth were ok, Then he decided that my lower teeth needed to be done as he stateed they could not be whitened. Chipping resulted on my upper teeth which then had to be crowned. After that several more teeth chipped resulting in more teeth being crowned. One time he was so rushed he put a front tooth in crooked. It has been a never ending spiral of problems. He adds services you are not aware of until they give you the bill. Would not recommend!

Dr. Bittner and his staff are friendly and professional. On your first visit they go over all the work that you will need to have done , then they call you into some room with the person that handles sales or billing and talk about how much it's going to cost. One informative visit is fine but then they hound you to death until you use every last penny of your insurance getting everything done. Other than that, they are a good dental facility.
