I have so far met with Dr. Karimian for various dental procedures including cleaning, cavities, crowns, and root canal. Her manner, while not overly friendly, seems to be calm and straight forward. My procedures have seemed to have gone smoothly though I wish I had been given more instruction on care and healing time. The crown and root canal have been problematic.

About Hygienist: The hygienists are all very friendly. In particular, the hygienist who works with the deep cleaning is the best!

I had a crown put on my tooth, and not to long later an abcess appeared. I had to go to another dentist that told me I would have to clear up the abcess, and get a new crown. I am now going to have to spend a lot of time to go and get a new crown put on. I have had several other occasions were my filling would come out, and would have to go back there to get my fillings refilled. I have decided to not go back to her office, because I always have to wait a long time, and have a lot of problems with her work. She never seems very nice to me as a patient.

Dr. Karimian did my invisalign treament for me. She was great. It only took 8 months!

Seems only interested in getting through your insurance allocation at the expense of your teeth.
One of my children was told they needed multiple fillings, we went for a second opinion at a pediatric dentist and they needed NONE! My spouse had her first filling ever here and in teeth that were not problematic until after they were filled.
Before you have a filling replaced make sure you tell them that if a crown becomes necessary you will be getting a second opinion.
The dental hygenist is very good and thourough, but not worth the anxiety of the regular dentists seemingly unethical practices.
