The work he did for me was crowns. They are natural looking and good quality. However he over charges and racked up a huge bill charging for every little thing. The recptionist, his daughter made charges to the care credit account without notification to me and even requested a credit increase. When I asked about the charges she was defensive and replied with "I thought you were on board with treatment" I came in for 2 crowns and ended up paying over $6,000 Also worked on my son, that work was horrible he didnt even smooth down fillings claimimg it didnt matter because they are baby teeth. Then when I brought my son back in since he had been complaining of pain he told me my son was lying and doing it for attention. I have since switched dentists and had continued problems with the teeth he worked on for my son. My crowns are still strong. The cost was outrageous but the work he did on me was good. The work on my son was terrible! The work on my son was additional cost not in the $6,000

Dr. Lund is very friendly and professional. I am very satisfied with the work but the out of pocket expense even with dental insurance is significant.

Dr. Lund is a very abrasive and unprofessional dentist. He was extremely rough with the injections compared to all other dentists I have been to. When I mentioned the pain he would comment on my nose ring and tattoo and said that I should be able to handle it if I can handle those. He said that I needed various treatments including my first root canal. I did not understand the procedure, or why I needed to have it. When I asked questions he seemed very bothered and spoke to me as if I was wasting his time. I had no idea what I was getting into, and when they began the work I was shocked by the pain and what was going on. Once again he mentioned my small ankle tattoo and said I should not be complaining. I had the root canal done Friday afternoon. I did not understand the severity of the procedure and I was sent home without even being offered a prescription for pain relievers. I was in excruciating pain over the weekend (and I had to work as a waitress) I tried desperatly to get ahold of Dr. Lund or someone at his office, but had no luck until Monday and had to suffer through the weekend. I then got a bill for almost 5000. I asked for and itemized statement, but never recieved one.

Dr. Lund is great with kids and nervous adults. His staff is professional, courteous, and well trained. We've been patients for years and would really recommend him.
