I went in with NO PAIN for just a checkup. Left with STABBING pain in my lower teeth . He put too much filling & the filling spilled over into the next tooth leaving no room to floss! They did not check to see whether a floss could go in between the teeth. What kind of crappy dentistry is this?
Went back twice & then he said he'd have to refer me to a specialist. I have been having pain chewing on that side ever since.

The good thing about the office is people there are very friendly and is easy to get in. The off hour doctor works fine too. However, I have couple cleanings and fillings done and they don't seem to work quite well. And I have been recommended for several consults every now and then. One teeth, as deep cleaning and filling, turned into a very sensitive teeth and then very ached teeth and now it needs a root canal. I am not sure whether it's just the work or my teeth happened to be bad. The accouning person there isn't quite good either. She/He forgot one of my payments and mailed in for an additional payment while the facility in fact still own me some money. Luckily I have my documents very well stored. She/He realized the mistake and mailed me the check quite fast. So this is half and half. On one side they act very fast, on the other side, I feel odd that they didn't keep good tracks of the payments.

Dr Rafaee has a very steady hand and is very efficient. Best thing I like the dental office is they don't bug me all the time for future appointments unlike my previous dentist. My previous dentist experience was bad mainly due to their all the time interfering nature and unnecessary suggestions of more expensive dental procedure . Dr Rafaee is not at all like that. He tells you what needs to be done while your checkup, then it is upto you when you will do that. In case of dental emergency their office really helped me a lot.

Had more pain in my tooth after filling was preformed than before he started the treatment. They took extra x-rays that my insurance didn't cover.

Dr. Refaee and his staff are very friendly. Small and personal atmosphere. The doc is honest and does quality work. I'll be sending my boyfriend to him soon. He is even open on Saturdays!
