I can assure you that Nina is an outstanding endodontist. Although her chair side manner may be cool she is completely empathetic and efficient. Nina even made a trip to the office for my husband on Christmas Day to alive his pain. I have referred her several times without hesitation.

Pls take prior reviews with a grain of salt. Dr Nielsen is very professional, does not waste your time with nonsense and makes sound recommendations which even include 'no action necessary'. She is not like many dental professionals who try to provide any service just to charge you. She is extremely meticulous and does things right the first time. She is very pleasant and takes an enormous amount of time with her patients. I would rather have someone who is a bit blunted but interested in my dental issues, than an energetic salesman who is only interested in my wallet.

I was quite shocked to read a negative review for this dentist. I am glad I read it after both my husband and my son had root canal treatments in her office. Each time we visited we found her to be gentle, caring and completely professional. She always took a moment to ask what my son was interested in and how well he was doing at school. Our family has had a total of three POSITIVE experiences and three successful procedures, 2 for my husband and 1 for my son. Dr. Nielsen explained each step and was very kind. Her staff is wonderful. Her assistants are kind, cheerful and know exactly what they are doing. I called around to get prices and this office had reasonable fees, on the lower end of the scale for specialists in the area. The best thing was that this office actually called my insurance and got all the info they needed to give me an accurate estimate before we came to the visits. I travel for business and often refer to the user reviews when booking hotels on-line. When I find a negative review for a wonderful hotel (a hotel that I have already used) it reminds me that, as in all things, your own attitude is the best indicator of the type of experience you are going to have. Perhaps that explains the other reviewer.

Dentist has little chair side manner and does not reassure patient. Treatment was uncomfortable and recovery has not been good. I get feeling she does not like her work and you feel as if she is annoyed to be treating you. Have had a number of root canals before...none troubled me like this one. Maybe she was having a bad day...but I won't go back!
