Dr Yass was able to put my anxieties to rest about having a root canal with her calm manner and sense of humor from the moment we met and throughout the entire procedure.
My dentist of over 30 years highly recommended her and I was impressed enough to do something I rarely do...write this recommendation to all those that have concerns about a root canal procedure.
Her staff is extremely professional...Jenny is sweet & anticipated nearly every move Dr Yass made. The office manager /receptionist was charming and very detail oriented.
Most impressive to me was Dr Yass' technology and willingness to calmly explain everything she was doing as I watched the procedure on the tv screen she provides.
I never thought I would walk out of a dental office feeling great, but not only was the procedure quick, painless and successful, but I felt as though I was well taken care of . Dr Yass personally called me the next day to make sure everything was ok...a nice touch. They are a great team!
The followup procedure was more of the same.
Her office is comfortable, and I checked around regarding rates and found her's to be very reasonable.

Who would have thought that undergoing root canal treatment could be such a wonderful experience? Well, that's what you can expect when you're under the care of Dr. Yass Dastmalchi and her staff! ... I have a phobia for any type of dental treatment due to some unpleasant experience in the past. But several months ago I suffered from unbearable tooth pain (left molar), and decided to look for a new dentist. I finally found one, and she's absolutely great! She recommended that I see Dr. Yass Dastmalchi for root canal treatment. At first I was very apprehensive, but when I met Dr. Yass, her sister (Dr. Rose) and her staff (Pam and Jenny), I was absolutely impressed. They are highly professional, friendly and more importantly, they made me feel totally at ease right away! The treatment itself was a very pleasant experience. They let me listened to classical music, including my favorite - Swan Lake? What a treat! The day after my treatment, I was surprised to receive a phone call from Dr. Yass. She wanted to find out how I was doing and if everything was all right. That was truly a first-class treatment! Best of all, Dr. Yass saved my molar and the pain is all gone! I can go back to eating my favorite foods! Thank you, Dr. Yass!
