Greg is superb. Patient, kind, thoughtful, competent. I'm a 'fraidy cat in the chair. Greg is first dentist I've had (I'm 58, problem teeth) who takes the full time needed to ensure that even the anaesthetic shots are nearly painless.
Both father (Robert) and Greg make every effort to take care of my emergency needs that same day, if possible. How many MDs do that? Both know me and treat me with respect - I'm not just Patient #107.
Robert and Greg both give full explanations, excellent referrals to specialists. Waiting time *always* under 10 mins! State-of-the-art equipment. Expensive*, but well worth it. (I have no price comparison w/ other DDSs, so I could be wrong.) My out-of-town Dad's denture broke. Robert came in on a weekend, charged for materials only (generous). Dad surprised & very satisfied.
Both very patient with payment plan for me (long-time client); new clients probably more standard payment plan, reasonable. I've also seen some of Greg's students at SF Gen Hosp Dental School - all have very high praise for him.
Staff competent (both dental & paperwork), long-term, know & respect clients. Excellent experience. This whole offices sets the standard for medical care in every way. You get what you pay for.
About Hygienist: All staff are personable & competent, know me and treat me very well. A few very long-term people, speaks well of this office.
