I have been with Dr. Orr for over 7 years. I trust him completely. He is very honest. His services are expensive, but you get all the best including detailed explanation which leaves you no doubts about job to be done, great painless services, excellent cosmetic qualities, and complete satisfaction. His office assistant Donna is extremely pleasant, polite and professional. Debbie the hygienist is very gentle, thorough and easy to talk to.

Dr. Orr is an excellent dentist and I trust him implicitly. His receptionist though, Donna, is very insensitive and an all around uncomfortable person. I prefer not to deal with her and go elsewhere while she is there.

if you are looking for dentist, look no further. He is a dentist's dentist and recognized by his peers as simply on of the best dentists in the San Francisco Bay area. Thorough, kind, conscientious, meticulous, ethical, professional and experienced.

Dr. Orr is great, he is gentle and comforting. He is a very good dentist. He doesn't prescript unnecessary procedures. But his staff lacks the human touch. Rather rude.
About Hygienist: Awful. She is so rough that your gum bleeds after the cleaning. Plus it hurts when she is doing the cleaning.

Dr. Orr has been my dentist since childhood. He is kind, friendly and conscientious. Always a pleasure to visit with him and I think he is a wonderful doctor.

Dr. Orr is amazing- Im deathly afraid of the dentist- Dr, Orr and the whole staff makes me feel so comfortable- he has a special touch it NEVER hurt- my kids LOVE to see him which is a plus!
