One of the best dentists I've ever been to! Had to have 4 crowns done on front teeth and he did an amazing job! I also didn't even have to go back to get them adjusted, as he is like an artist and sculpted the finishing touches to them so well the first time! He's also a very kind, caring person and I found even the shots to be pain free! I told him that once, and he said that is one of the things he found to be important-that the patient not feel any pain. He's a delightful person, as are all of the staff that I worked with.
About Front Desk: 4 stars very professional, warm, caring, efficient
About Hygienist: 4 stars Hygienists are top notch also!

The problem is that you would never get to see Dr. Chace, it is always some other less experienced dentist instead of him in the office! Find another dentist, you would be better off.

Dr. Chase put a crown on a lower molar, and it fell out. He put it back in, and several months later it broke. It never did fit right and caused my bite to be off. When I went in to get it corrected, he filed down an upper molar to a numb, instead of working with the bad crown. My next dentist was appalled at the work that was done.
The main staff person behind the desk was arrogant and unhelpful. She also would not send me my complete chart and set of x-rays when I needed them for a new dentist.

My visit with Dr. Chase's office was not a good one. His support staff is rude and very hard to deal with. It took me over 3 months to get a meeting with the doctor and this didn't include the cleaning. I had to make two appointments to get one cleaning. His support staff was very unhelpful and very rude. If you are looking for a family dentist, I would look elsewhere. I did.

Dr. Chase is great- very approachable and compassionate. He talks you through everything and is great about going over options/ etc.
