My husband and I have been doing to Roni Dawn since she was in the City; when she moved; we moved with her; just a remarkable dentist; best assistants EVER. She cured my mouth problem I incurred through stress and losing my parents. Tells you what you need; and when it is beyond her scope, sends you to the best dentist for orthodontists.
About Front Desk: Always attentive to your requests and needs. No problem with scheduling, insurance, or odd requests. Always there to assist.
About Hygienist: MARSHA. There isn't a better hygienist in the Bay Area. 5 STAR. She keeps you informed as to what she is doing; what areas you need more attention at home; walk away trauma free and your mouth sings …..

Roni is the absolute best! I have been going to her for 25 years and now travel from Sacrmento to her. I have had problem teeth all my life and many crowns, root canels, many dentists over the years before I moved to Calif. Many dentists try to make you spend money for cosmetic reasons to fill their pocket books. Roni always has the patients' best interests in mind. Her costs are comparable to others. I have walked into offices before where a dentis would tell me I should spend thousands of dollars for this or that. Not Roni. Her professional and clinical expertise are top notch. I trust her implicitly. She has great dental hygeniests also.
About Hygienist: She has three. My favorite is Jenny. She spends a lot of time and is amazing. The best hygienist I have ever had

Wonderful dentist. I still receive compliments from friends and other dentists about the veneers she did for me. She goes the extra mile and works great with other dental specialists in Marin. The staff is friendly and personable too.
About Hygienist: Love the hygienist. She spotted my TMJ a few years ago. I thought it was an ear ache but she asked some probing questions and bingo, I was on my way to recovery.

Ok, so I was a little late for my appointment. But the staff in the office really laid on the guilt trip. I understand that they need to keep things moving, but there's no reason to make someone feel bad. It seemed to continue throughout the appointment, because the novacaine didn't take and it took a long time to get my mouth numb. Is this really my fault? I'm already nervous as it is, going to the dentist. Dr. Douglas herself is nice, and I'm sure very qualified. But the staff needs to learn a thing or two about customer service.

Very friendly dentist. Never pushes the sale, always consider my teeth first. You got the picture. She is a real doctor, not a business woman.

I was referred to Dr. Douglas by a co-worker. Unlike some other dentists, she doesn't put business in the first place. Rather, she thinks what's best for the patient. I had a crown installed in her office. And she picked up the right crown based on my situation. She was a perfectionist at work.

great dentist and staff. i needed additional work that she did not perform and she sent me to a qualified endodontist. she is competant, friendly and my teeth were always in great shape when i visited

I have been a patient of hers for 10 years now. Of the 5 dentists I've had since I was a child she is the best. A friend recommended her to me and now my wife also goes to Dr. Douglas. Friendly office staff and hassle-free appointments and they are on-time if you are there on-time. Her office in Terra Linda, San Rafael. I could not recommend her highly enough. I would never go anywhere else. -Ken

What can I say? I'm 58 years old and have been to about 4 or 5 of dentists in my life. They were all men, good but big hands and big fingers. Dr.Douglas is a very nice petite lady, (small hands and fingers), you don't have to have a mouth the size of a football stadium for her to do her work. I have recomended her many times and everyone also says she is great. I use to live and work in the Marin, Sonoma area but retired in 2005 and now live in Pollock Pines on HWY 50 just above Placerville. I still go to her and so does my wife, and my son although he lives in Novato, she is well worth the drive. Since I am a bit older than Dr. Douglas I am hopefull that she will be my last Dentist. One last thing, her staff is just great and Marsha my hygienist was the first one to get me to floss, so now besides having great teeth I also have great gums, thanks Marsha.
