Dr. Sakurai is very nice and helpful. He's unbelievably honest and will even tell you he's being biased. I've only been a patient for maybe a month, but if he sounds too good to be true to you.. check out all the praise he receives and awards he gets from different organizations or businesses.. AND he went to UCLA. The front desk receptionist Thu is a sweetheart and really funny. They don't make you feel uncomfortable at all. It's so high-tech there. I get excited when I know I'm going there, because it's just a welcoming place.

I am a dental wimp, Dr. S. takes care to make sure I am comfortable. My insurance does not cover all of it, but it is worth the out of pocket to have a pain free (or very limited pain) experience.
About Hygienist: Very good, good manners, very gentle.

Dr. Sakurai is using Invisalign (Invisalbe Braces) to correct my smile. The doctor and staff have made every visit fast, easy and extremely comfortable. I even get to watch movies when I come in for my cleanings. I would recommend Dr. Sakurai to all my friends and family!

Dr doug is awesome, makes it much less scary to go to the dentist -- and no pain!
