After having a root canal treatment fail from another dentist, I was referred to Dr Mancuso. I had pain for a while but Dr Mancuso took care of that and fixed my tooth properly. He was always concerned about my comfort level and even made me laugh a few times. His staff is friendly too. I would go back to Dr M if I ever need an treatment.
About Front Desk: The receptionist was good at making appointments and was always welcoming.

kindness, graciousness & accommodating. Strong recommendation. The office help did all they could to accommodate my commute schedule for my kids' commitments & put my extremely anxious daughter at ease. You will not be disappointed and actually amazed if you have had incidents with nasty dentists in the area.

Dr. Mancuso recently performed a root canal on one of my molars. A tooth I had been having issues with for over 3 years. He and his staff were so professional and kind, an experience I was expecting to be painful and traumatic, was actually easier than the initial filling I had done. Your comfort is by far Dr. Mancuso's primary concern and knowing that makes this procedure far less daunting.

Dr. Mancuso is the best. He and his staff make it as pleasant as possible to get a root canal. He is thorough, careful and caring. He even called the night after my root canal to see if I was o.k.

Have gone to Dr Mancuso for 3 root canals thru the years...and have always had exceptional service. Extremely skilled with pleasant personality...staff is pleasant as well. Never uncomfortable and know he will do an excellent job! He has a good, long-term relationship with my regular dentist as well...best in the area!!!

Trustworthy, empathetic, highly skilled, pain-free technique, understanding, dependable, knowledgeable and helpful. I send everyone I meet who needs a root canal to this man with the most humane practice in endodontics in the area, including my wife.

This is the best guy to see! He knows what he is doing and solved my problem quickly and without any drama. Highly recommend if you're looking for someone who is competent, experienced and knowledgeable

I had a really pleasant experience. Between the Staff and Dr. Mancuso, it was a good experience.
And Dr. Mancuso, I felt like you cared about me the whole time.
You were aware of my weird pain threshold and honored it. Thank you. You even figured out the pain med's I would need, for the after care.

I had a serious problem with a tooth that was causing horrific pain. I saw three other dentists before I was lucky enough to find Dr. Mancuso. Two docs thought there was a procedure to fix the root of the tooth, so I went to the third who was an oral surgeon. He immediately wanted to pull the tooth, period. No testing, no xrays, no nothing -- just pull the tooth. I decided not to listen to that, so I called my original dentist and he recommended Dr. Mancuso. He fixed my tooth by performing a root canal. He quickly determined the problem by doing 4 different tests on the teeth surrounding the one that was thought to be the problem. It turned out to be a wonderful experience for me because he is kind, compassionate, gentle and most of all, thorough! He fixed a potentially huge problem for me, without pulling any teeth, especially since the wrong tooth would have been pulled!! I would definitely go back if I ever had any endodontist needs in the future!

My experience with Dr. Mancuso was frightening and painful. My root canal took three hours because he treated two other patients during my procedure. During my root canal, Dr. Mancuso left me with my mouth agape to start a procedure on another patient. When he returned to complete my procedure, he started back to work without checking to see if I was still numb. The anesthetic had worn off and the pain was horrific. Dr. Mancuso administered additional anesthetic, and immediately began working on my tooth without waiting for the anesthetic to take affect. I cried throughout the rest of the procedure and Dr. Mancuso never apologized or showed any concern for my health or wellbeing.
To make matters worse, the water was shut off for an undetermined amount of time during my procedure. Just to be clear, Dr. Mancusos office was without water during part of my root canal treatment. Dr. Mancuso repeatedly did not wash his hands as he went from room to room treating different patients.
Finally, I was over charged by $165 and have not received the refund I was promised.
