Didn't get a good bedside manner feeling from her. Made me feel bad about my mouth (which isn't even bad, just having a troubled tooth). Particularly didn't care for her assistant Erica who rolled her eyes at me twice and "tattled" on me for not being a regular flosser. Also kept commenting on how bad my gums were bleeding as she continually poked the affected area with a sharp tool. Of course they are going to bleed. Had no regard that she was really hurting me.
About Front Desk: Was great while scheduling and over the phone. Turned weird upon check out and not too friendly because I said their prices were high.

Dr. Coffman has a fantastic rapport with her staff, which results in a very relaxed experience for the patient, esp. when you are having a root canal! She radiates confidence, and my root canal was performed professionally, with everything explained to me thoroughly. Her office was extremely clean and I believe she has very high standards for herself and staff. Thank you, Dr. Coffman!
