We've been going to Dr. Baird's office for about 4 years, and have continually tried to give him the benefit of the doubt. We have finally reached the end of our patience and are looking elsewhere. Yes, the office is new, clean and classy with all the bells and whistles in techno-equipment. But, that means High Overhead, High Prices, and suggestions for unnecessary work. There have been multiple billing errors over the years. It is located on a dangerous busy corner. There are only 4 parking spaces that are hard to get in and out of. When we first started going, Dr. Baird was heavily recruiting patients with free whitening for life kits, and seemed genuinely happy to have our business. The past year he's been rushed and distant. Scheduling options are increasingly limited due to restricted available hours and days off. He does not accommodate 8-5 work hours. The latest apt. is 4:30 PM, and will leave early if you are late. Our biggest complaint is the executive secretary who handles all the office management. She is not pleasant. If you are not early or exactly on time she will make you reschedule. Terrible customer relations! Dr. Baird shows poor judgement employing her. He lost 4 loyal patients.
About Hygienist: Two hygienists. One is cheerful and more experienced and pain free. Other is still learning and not as gentle
