Both my children receive treatment from Dr. Minahan and she is absolutely wonderful. My teenage son just had his braces removed and he looks amazing. Here is what he had to say - "I never got tired or afraid of going to Dr. Minahan's office. They were always so cheerful, friendly and caring! I am proud of my smile and am glad to have had Dr. Minahan as my orthodontist. She made braces fun and I enjoyed my visits to the office! Their smiles are contagious!" Dr. Minahan and her staff are extremely knowledgeable, cheerful, and thorough. We highly recommend Dr. Minahan!

About Front Desk: Rhonda is an absolute joy! She is always so helpful, friendly and ready with a smile! She also does an amazing job of scheduling patients so that we do not have to wait!

Dr. Minahan is treating both of my sons and we love her. She is thoughtful and kind to my children. When we are there, I feel as though we are her only patients. The office is always on time and there is never more than a minute or two wait (and that is usually because we are early!) You work directly with Dr. Minahan from day 1 at your initial consultation. Her treatment plan for both my sons was very individualized and truly took into account their individual mouths and facial structure. We went to a different orthodontist in the area first and we saw the orthodontist for less than 2 minutes yet he somehow was able to come up with a treatment plan without even spending time with my son. It felt like a fast food "get them in and out" mentality. Dr. Minahan's office was a breath of fresh air after that. I would highly recommend this office and Dr. Minahan. You will not be disappointed.

About Front Desk: Rhonda at the front desk is amazing. She knows each schools schedule so you can plan around lunch or PE. She is personable, smart and efficient. She greets my kids and myself with a big smile at every visit and is tremendously helpful in dealing with payment and insurance companies.

Dr. Minahan is warm and upbeat as well as clear and thoughtful in her diagnosis and treatment. My daughter and I were fully informed before and throughout her treatment every step of the way. Initially nervous about braces, my daughter felt comfortable and reassured each visit. Dr. Minahan spoke with me personally after every visit and welcomed questions. Her staff is wonderful and efficient. I would recommend this orthodontist to others.

About Front Desk: Rhonda is efficient, patient and accommodating. She is helpful with explaining payment plans and scheduling.

I finally made the decision to get braces as an adult & I am so glad that I did so with Dr. Minahan. I met with her for a consultation and was put instantly at ease. Both from the staff (Rhonda & Kaylee) and her. She explained the process and what my results would be. Her knowledge and skills are beyond compare. Everyone in the office puts you instantly at ease with their warmth and genuineness . I am so happy with my results. My teeth & smile look great. I highly recommend Dr. Minahan and her friendly, professional, and knowledgeable staff. I wish all orthodontists were like her so if you have the opportunity to go with her, do so. If you want the very best, go with Dr. Minahan. You won’t regret it.

Dr. Minahan provided our daughter with excellent orthodontic care. We often recommend her to family and friends.

I am a 60+ year old mother and wife who didn't want to spend another year with crooked teeth and was referred to Dr Lara Minahan for treatment. Dr Minahan and her entire team are the ultimate professionals and extremely personable. The treatment was spot on and exceeded all my expectations. Dr Minahan kept my dentist well informed of the progress - great collaboration! I would strongly recommend Dr Minahan to family and friends.

We have two children and brought our oldest to see Dr. Minahan because we were not happy with her first orthodontist. Dr. Minahan was professional, friendly, fast and always took time to explain what was going on to us and our child. She did a great job and we love the results!! Her whole staff is super friendly and treats you like family. Her office is very comfortable and feels more like your family room than a waiting room. We were so satisfied with the whole experience that we are now taking our younger child to see Dr. Minahan and would highly recommend her to anyone. If you talk to anyone in the Olney/Brookeville area, they either know Dr. Minahan or have heard about her and what a great job she does!!
