Staff was incredible, unfortunately my root canal was very painful. Even after I begun to tear up all he could say was do not bite me.

I went to this dentist a few years ago and he had a payment plan of over 1400.00 worth of work that needed to be done. I could not afford that much at the time so went for a second opinion somewhere more affordable. TO MY SURPRISE I needed nothing done except a good cleaning. I was in total shock that this Dr. Stein was going to rip me off in that manner. I would definitely recommend getting a second opinion before letting this guy take your money when you probably do not actually need the work done. Be careful!!!! My teeth have been in perfect condition since then and he would have done root canals and crowns when I did not even need them.. BEWARE!!!!!

I had a crown done and it came out great. It really was simple and painless. However, the biggest thing I came away with was understanding the procedure and knowing what needed to be done - and why - without feeling stupid. Also, the rest of my treatment was clearly explained and I really felt like Dr. Stein and all of his staff cared about the outcome as much as me.
About Hygienist: Demetria has been my hygienist for over 6 years and she is the best! She is gentle and very professional. I always feel like I'm in good hands and she never makes me feel bad for not flossing; she just keeps insisting that I do it!
