This dentist sets appts that you never made once they get your insurance billing info so they can bill them for appts you don't make or want. It is fraud! They even made an appt for my husband who isn't even their patient and they had his info from my billing info and MADE him their patient even though he never went there or signed anything. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL! I filed a complaint with the Dental Board of Indiana and now there is an investigation. I went to this dentist for a cracked tooth and instead of worrying about total care on that issue they proceeded to tell me about their overall cosmetic services and told me to go to a surgeon to have the tooth removed which I did. But chose NOT to go back to this dentist due to so much unprofessional activity in their office. She has been sued for lots of other stuff and this info can be found on DOXPOP. She needs to lose her license for fraudulenty billling insurance companies for appts not set and never made by a patient. And when caught doing this the staff is VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL! Save your money and your teeth and go elsewhere! She is pathetic!
