This dentist was a PPO in our dental plan, before treatment was made the billing manager stated that resin would be used since they don't use amalgam. The billing manager stated that the additional cost would be only $200 more which we agree, but we received a bill 2.5 times more expensive. The billing manager had no sympathy to our dilemma and we are trying to refute these charges. We are not going back to this office!

We have been with Dr. B for two years. He is kind adn gentle and always wants you to know what he is doing. He will draw you a picture if you don't like to play see! He has repaired a bridge two crowns and fillings. I don't know about cost as it's covered by insurance. I wish I would have found him from the time i was little. He works so hard to take the fear out of the proceedures-and he is good! He constantly takes classes and seminars to stay on top of the newest proceedures. How refreshing is that. I would recommend him without reservation. The office is being upgraded with the chairs being replaced..moving up!
