I have always had a wonderful experience with Dr Charles Thorne. He is very nice, knowledgeable, conscientious, and empathetic. He has always made sure my procedures are thorough and pain free. His clinic and staff are wonderful. The office is very nice, clean, neat, and organized. I never have to wait more than 5 minutes in the waiting room.

Dr. Thorne and his entire practice is amazing. From day 1, he and the entire staff treated me like family. They always make me feel comfortable, explain what is going to happen, are concerned about how I am doing through the procedure and give me peace of mind. I needed a bridge among other things. I had problems with the bridge and Dr. Thorne worked on it until it got fixed; it hasn't given me any trouble since being fixed. But I know that if it ever does, he will take care of it! He is understanding and positive. I am no longer fearful of the dentist!! Dr. Thorne is very gentle and has the BEST chairside manners. I would highly recommend Dr. Thorne and his practice to anyone! Even if you don't live in North Richand Hills, it is well worth the drive! (p.s. I read the negative review and know that it is a fluke; it seems that the person went to another dentist and made a mistake reviewing Dr. Charles (Matt) Thorne; Nothing that review says fits this practice; very weird!!)

About Front Desk: The front desk staff is the best. I have never walked in there without being greeted by name. They take care of all that insurance stuff and I never worry about anything. I love the appointment reminders, too!

About Hygienist: Gabrielle is awesome!! She is gentle, kind, knowledgeable and sweet. When I leave the office, I'm always in a better mood!!! It's amazing how a teeth cleaning can help your spirits!! Thanks Gabrielle!

Dr. Thorne corrected a chipped bond on my front two teeth. He took care of this quickly which took less than 20 minutes. And he smoothened the edge of the same tooth as well. I am thankful that Dr. Thorne is concerned with his patients issues and graciously corrected. I have recommended and will continue to recommend Dr. Thorne to others.

About Front Desk: These Ladies are sweet and pleasant, even at 7am which is impressive. They also said my dog was cute - thats an A++

About Hygienist: I have wondered if Dr. Thorne's office is a teaching office because I have not seen the same Hygienists twice; which i think is great. All Ladies have been nice, concerned about you, and do good work.

Horrible experience! no evening or weekend hours, needed to return 4 times because of unsuccessful procedures. They do not even introduce themselves, and refer to you as the patient, not by name.
