Dr. Hsieh is honestly one of the best dentists I have ever seen. It's so comforting that he is always clear about what he is doing and why he needs to do it. Every trip to his office is pleasant, the facilities are clean and very modern, the staff always have a smile on their faces and do everything they can to make sure your experience is wonderful. I tell all of my co-workers to come here!

About Front Desk: Front desk staff is always smiling and courteous. They also make scheduling follow up appointments an absolute breeze.

About Hygienist: The new hygienist at Dr. Hsieh's is a miracle worker. She provides useful advice and is great at explaining things without sounding condescending. I'm actually looking forward to my next cleaning!

Dr. Wayne Hsieh and his amazing staff provide the most smooth, efficient, affordable dental care. We are blessed by their all around great quality of care to their patients. Dr. Hsieh gives his patients high quality, compassionate dental care.People deserve excellent and affordable dental healthcare, whether or not they have dental insurance and Dr. Hsieh makes that all possible offering affordable fees and state of the art dentistry and excellent patient care. Incredible service! BEST DENTAL CARE EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD! Everybody was very friendly and professional! Dr. Hsieh is at the forefront of technology!!! I would definitely recommend this Dental office to my friends and family! Location and parking availability is great too.

About Front Desk: Catherine Hsieh is the most professional, kindest, courteous, caring Desk Rep. She is friendly, accommodating, super efficient and helps make the appointments go smoothly and makes the dental environment so comfortable and relaxing. My 16 niece accompanied me to my own appointment and my niece was so impressed with Catherine and my Dentist that she said if she had Catherine and Dr. Hsieh for her dentist that she would love and look forward to going to the Dentist. Thats impressive for a 16 year old to say she would love going to my dentist or any for that matter. That says alot when younger people feel very safe and comfortable at a dentist. : )

About Hygienist: Great and quite efficient and makes the appointments so relaxing that you don't want to leave. Massage dental chairs are fantastic and feels like we are getting SPA treatment with tv and massage chairs and very clean, peaceful surroundings.

i had my wisdom tooth taken out, multiple fillings, and repairs of chipped teeth! very minimal pain, excellent facilities - very modern and clean very friendly and wonderful staff! spent 10 minutes teaching me how to floss and brush correctly

Dr. Hseih is an excellent dentist. I had crowns done previously by other dentists, and they had the appearance of crowns (this was evident at the gum level). Dr. Hseih has already in a short amount of time improved my teeth and smile. I feel very comfortable going to this dental practice, because he knows what he is doing and all the staff members are caring and gentle. Facility is beautiful and cozy. This is the place if you are scared of dentists or have had bad experiences in the past. I had difficulty finding a dentist on LI that I trusted, so I'm very thankful for finding Dr. Hsieh..

About Front Desk: Front desk receptionist is very knowledgeable and is great when it comes to insurance help and helping patients find an in-network insurance plan to reduce out-of-pocket expenses. She is very kind with scheduling and re-scheduling of appts.
