Dr. Mercando is fantastic! He is very skilled, extremely well-trained and explains everything in terms I can understand. Although a dental visit can be stressful, the entire office is friendly, professional and calming. I highly recommend Dr. Mercando and his staff.

Exacting and careful, a real artisan and perfectionist. May eventually spring for four stars overall, but have not yet been seeing him long enough. His referrals to specialist colleagues could be less tight-lipped and more client helpful.

About Hygienist: Neither rough nor totally gentle, but overall pleasant with techniques and results that are pretty darned good.
