Today I came in for my regular dental cleaning and was very satisfied with the treatment I received today. Dr. Alspaugh always takes the time to visit with me and address any issues I have. He explains them in ways that I can understand him. He is very experienced in dentistry and I fully trust his judgement!

About Hygienist: The hygienist was very sweet and gentle. I could tell she loves what she does and she made me feel right at home.

Not only did I have an allergic reaction to a shot he gave me, but he commented that I was the second person that had happened to and that he thought he had a "bad batch". This reaction lasted a whole 24 hours! I am also unhappy with his receptionist as we changed dental insurances and I asked her several times if they took Cigna. She said yes. Never once did she say that they were not a preferred provider of Cigna. I also asked her several times if my childs cleaning would be covered in full that day, and she said yes. Then I was billed $60.00 because they are not a preferred provider by Cigna which she never told me! I told her I was unhappy that she was not honest with me, then she called me at work to collect the remaining $60.00!! Dr Alsbaugh is a nice enough man, but with those two things combined, we will NEVER be back!
About Hygienist: He has one hygenist that I have a freind AND my husband said was VERY rough.

Dr. Alsbaugh was exceptionally friendly, but my husband I both went to see him for our bi-annual cleaning. We had additional minor things that needed to be fixed, and our out of pocket costs above what our insurance paid was EXTREMELY high! I have to shop around, because I cannot afford an additional $650.00 on top of insurance for a cracked tooth. I questioned others that I know who go to him and they are of the same opinion~ too expensive! But--a nice guy!
