Awesome practice! The entire staff is very knowledgeable and ready to help with any questions or concerns. From the front desk staff, to the doctors and assistants in the back, they made the entire experience a smooth and pleasant one. They did ALL the homework for me regarding my insurance benefit and offered me an interest free payment plan when it was determined that I needed treatment. They really take that extra step to make you feel comfortable and at ease from the first phone call, to the moment you walk out the door. I have already recommended several friends to Dr.'s Philbin & Reinheimer and would encourage anyone looking for an orthodontist to check them out.

Awesome office and staff. All of my questions were answered by the staff weeks before our first appointment. Took my daughter for an initial consultation and was so impressed! They even took a look at me and I was informed of a free whitening promotion! It was truly a pleasant visit and I look forward to returning. My daughter is not quite ready to begin her orthodontic treatment just yet but when she is we will be using them.

Beware! Although the Dr. Reinheimer's website raves about her education, her care is sadly lacking. My daughter is traumatized and now afraid to go back to any dentist or doctor. What a horrific experience.

Dr Philbin and Reinheimer and the entire crew have changed my life forever. I used to never smile and was always so embarrassed about my teeth. Now I just can't stop smiling.
