By going over the review from this dental clinic. It looks like I am not the first patient that incident had occurred. First of, I would like to say that Dr. Jennifer Sasada is the sweetest and caring Dentist and I would continue to see her again even though what happened was very wrong and as I mentioned this is not the first time it happened by reading the reviews. It's the FRONT DESK and she's is also the BILLER by the name CAROL. On the day of my appointment she stated that I had full balance from couple months ago of over $200. I was surprised as I have dual coverage. Long story short, she had made a duplicate insurance request and overcharge me. When I found out that she had overcharged me, then right away she said oh you have another balance from your cleaning, which I knew she was lying, because she would have mentioned it a long time ago. I asked for her last name, because I was ready to report her. She wouldn't give me her last name and then said oh I just check your file and you don't have any balance. I say this again, Dr. Jennifer Sasada and the back staff are the sweetest and caring people, but you just have to watch out for CAROL at the front desk and biller.

she' s a friendly dentist, and painless for cleaning procedure. when I had a complaint about the front desk staff, she doesn't want to talk to me and her excuse is very busy.
But to have a good successful business is from her customers.
No business without customers.
About Front Desk: they don't have a good customer services and not to friendly.
About Hygienist: it's okay but I prepared my old dentist.

Worst dental experience ever!!! I was scheduled to have cap. She did something else that was not covered by my dental plan. I I paid 85 dollars out of pocket. The worst part was I was not given enough anesthesia, I was making noise and she continued with what she was soing. I was ready to jump out the chair. The handling was rough. Honestly, my ecperience was barbaric. I never went back, I don't recommend it,

As i said pleasant atmosphere,good work, but i always ask how much before the work is done. They should know this!(period) ,they have the means to forward an advanced bill to see the charges to the insureance companies. Always have been told $10,20 $30...end up paying $50-$200 most times (80% of the time). At times I would get a check back from the insurance companie of over payment..(thankfully). I never had any problems back at the old dentist..never!..I'm going back to my old dentist

Best dentist to go and visit in Waikele. painless,relaxing office and staff are super nice
