I highly recommend Dr Middleberg. He did extensive work on my teeth and he later did my 2 kids. I was moving teeth to fit dental implants in. Both my regular dentist AND my implant dentist greatly appreciated the good work Dr Middleberg did. The whole process went very smoothly. It may feel like the ortho assistants do a lot of the work but Dr Middleberg has a laser focus and really knows his stuff. When he comes in to check the work of his assistants, he makes sure it is done perfectly. He has a very high standard for himself and all his workers.

Dr. Middleberg is no doubt an extremely competent orthodontist. His office is welcoming and has excellent sterilization protocol. However, I wouldn't rush to recommend Dr. Middleberg. The assistants do most, if not, all the work, and he gives your mouth a cursory look for a couple min. As a patient, I felt talked down to a lot, especially when I would ask questions and raise concerns, that were never really listened to and dismissed. I honestly didn't feel cared for as a patient. It was a STRESSFUL experience interacting with him, although, in all fairness, he did do a good job on my teeth. I still need cosmetics done, which I feel could've been avoided, if he had listened to my earlier complaints and done a different take on manipulating the braces. I would only recommend him if you're orthodontic case is rather straightforward, where you won't need that much patient care. If your case is a little complicated, I would pass.
