She has a great attitude and talks in term I can understand. Very easy going but straight to the point. Felt very comfortable
during to entire visit. I have already referred some of my friends to her :)

I had two crowns, work for peridontal disease, and fillings. The works was very successful and I was very pleased. The crowns are done in one visit. It is all the newest equipment and procedured so yes, it is quite costly. I have one set of teeth I would like to keep my whole life. So it is worth it. If she has a question about something she refers you to a specialist instead of pretending she knows how to resolve the problem.
About Front Desk: They are very friendly and helpful. They answer all questions and help with insurance and anything that is needed. They go above and beyond the average.
About Hygienist: The hygienist I have there is wonderful. She really knows not only the teeth but what keeps them healthy. She is gentle and professional.

I selected Dr. Kraft because she was on my dental insurance. Both my husband and I had major dental problems and one of the conditions was that she didn't lecture us when we came in. She makes us completely at ease and is very nice and calming. She gave us all options and costs for our dental surgery and dentures (from economy all the way to implants). She is professional yet friendly. I highly recommend her.
