I found some of the staff to be very unfriendly and their billing practices strange. I've been going for 2 yrs. Dr GAO is fine.

Dr. Gao treats each patient with great care. He has been out family dentist for over 10 years. The staff team is extremely friendly.

I have been going to Doctor Gao now for about 3 years. Orginally I was just looking for someone that took my insurance. I was very pleasantly surprised to find that Doctor Gao is a very good dentist. He has done several crowns and inlays on my teeth and they all look and feel fantastic. I tell friends and family to visit him if they are looking for a very good dentist that works in a professional atmosphere.

About Hygienist: I do not know the hygienists names but I have never had a bad experience with any of the three I usually see. All are very knowledgable and gentle with regards to working on my teeth.

I went to Dr. Gao after a positive recommendation from a co-worker. I haven't been to a dentist in over 2 years. I had a cleaning, bitewing X-rays, and flouride treatment done. This was THE BEST experience I have ever had at a dentist in my entire life! They were great with scheduling the appointment, very friendly when I arrived and the cleaning was virtually painless. I can't believe that level of care and attention to detail they had. They took pictures of my teeth and showed them to me on a screen while they explained everything to me. He made several follow-up recommendations for me and gave me a timeline for when my teeth would be back in excellent shape. I wish every dentist was like this.
