My children have been patients at this practice for some time now and I've noticed that they are really just trying to sell! My soon has a crown done recently within one month the Dr. decided that she wanted to pull the tooth,I had clearly asked her this prior to the crown being placed. They are not a small family oriented practice, very generic care if given. Another negative aspect of this office is that now they do not allow the parent to be present when your child is having treatment done... unbeliable!! Not a happy patient! I will not be returning! the office is cozy and cute but the service is very is not a patient care perspective.
About Front Desk: Pleasent while collecting their copay and fees but not very nice when it comes to scheduling an emergency for a child!
