This is my last time with Dr Anaya. My gold crown fell off during vacation. Came in to get it glued back on and got raped on the way out. For less that 10 minutes of my time and two minutes of his time, I was relieved of $250.00 by his gum popping/snapping receptionist and Anaya did not glue it back on properly.
Obviously Anaya is not interested in building a business when he allows such a rude and crude person to be his first point on contact. Although he came well recommended and I was advised to overlook the front desk personnel, I have too much respect for myself to subject myself to such distasteful interaction with the paid help. There have to be more professional dental offices in Santa Fe.
About Front Desk: Rude, crude, gum popping tyrant. Not at all professional in appearance or conduct. Why would a professional employ this type of person to represent his business?
About Hygienist: The hygienist is a very part time position in this office. Good luck getting an appointment when YOU want it!!

Outstanding office. Dr. Anaya is incredibly caring and sensitive. The staff are all wonderful people. I always feel totally taken care of.
