My son's teeth grew worse the two years we were with Dr. Parilla. He accepted our insurance but only provided us with cleanings. He refused to seal my son's molars and fill his cavities. I had some cosmetic work and it was just average. If you care about your children's teeth do not see Dr. Parilla.

I went to see Dr. Parilla with my mouth in a state of neglect. We discussed many options to fit my needs and my budget. All I can say is that from the moment I walked in their door, I was treated with kindness and respect. The entire staff went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. Dr. Parilla was the best. He made me feel like he genuinely cared. His work is BEAUTIFUL!! I am now smiling again!! I'm so glad that I found this dentist, I will be returning, and taking care of this smile for years to come.

Moral conduct of entire staff is poor. They can't get the facts straight and mix things up. At first the little things I let go but after awhile it got to a breaking point. I don't understand when someone is suppose to help care for you and then you ask them to please help put me on a payment plan and they say "No". Fine, waited a year plus for my root canal and he didn't even want to do it. Made me go to specialist. Ok got it done. Now, have to come back to him and the snotty young girl at the desk has to remark like she's been briefed to remind me of payment. Fine, but she goes on to repeat and I was like ok can we make the appointment. She says again"will you have the money?" I said "you told me didn't you" No reason for this. I have always paid them. When I didn't have food to feed my family then I just suffered with infection after infection from this tooth. Do you think they'd care if an emergency occured due to the abscess. He didn't even act like he knew if it should be extracted or a root canal done. So after today when the reminder call told me again about the money, I exclaimed to her how I am disabled but do have the money but they won't be getting it now. Cancel me. Better give me my records now. Unbelievable!
