I was a patient of Dr Francis for several years, 1996-2000, when I lived in LA. I had an excellent insurance at the time, which paid top dollar for his services. He did several crowns and veneers, for which he billed over $30K. Aside from 4 veneers, one of which has cracked, everything else he did started to fall apart in a bit more than 2 years. The worst were the crowns that were loose and developed infection underneath. Because I was out of work then, I could not address all that mess on time and ended loosing those teeth, in addition to developing awful chronic infections in the sinuses and ears. To this day I still have not fixed all the damage his incompetence caused to my health and not a day passes when I do not regret having had been his patient.
