Overall the treatment was satisfactory. I had issues with the customer service aspect of Dental Professionals (not!). They push you to pay before leaving the office even before being reviewed by insurance. I was called beforehand to be reminded of appointment the next day. When I came in they said I was late with my payment and needed to pay up right away or not be seen. I asked why this was not mentioned to me when I was called to confirm appointment (I needed to leave work) and they did not answer. I offered to pay half the bill then and there and rest by end of week but they said it was all or nothing.
