Horrible service and orthodontist Dr. Lee has not done a good job I have moved all my children From Dr. Lin due to lack of her communication ability to advise the parent. Dr. Lee has done braces for my oldest son and I cannot wait tio be done! I had his work checked by our new Dentist and found out that my sons teeth are not aligned correctly . I had her call him to explain to Dr. Lee what was wrong with the braces and how he had to continue to fix them before they could be removed. I feel that the communication is just terrible
About Front Desk: Does staff are nice for the most part and you can tell they know it's not being done right but it's a job and a check so they stay quiet

Lovely, top of the line facility. Kids will love the games, toys, and movies. Dr. Lin is nice enough. My complaint is that their billing system is awfull especially if you have more than one child. You must double check the billing to make sure you are not paying more than you are suppose to if you're using insurance. I think they are expensive. I found Dr. Lin's dental work to be great but there were small miscommunications from herself and dental staff that left me a little unhappy.
